A three legged stool. Remove one leg and it won’t support you. Reducing your weight and getting healthy has the same principles that rely on three “legs”: nutrition, exercise and accountability.
Most of you know about nutrition and exercise being important, but how important is accountability? Huge.
Accountability helps you develop consistency. When you have consistency, you start gaining momentum toward creating a new habit. Once a habit is established, you have now created a new lifestyle.
As Michael Jordan once said “”If you do the work, you get rewarded. There are no shortcuts in life.” This is true with anything in life. People will try to sell you on easy, but easy doesn’t exist. I’m not saying it can’t be fun, but there is no magic pill or magic formula.
The real secrets are showing up consistently, being held accountable by a coach and keeping your eye on the goal. Combine this with a cool community of like-minded and supportive people on the same journey and you will be unstoppable.
Amazing instructors who make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to teach you. The other students are great to work with, and I learned a lot in my first two sessions.
Experienced a huge increase in fitness and confidence from martial arts and strengthening classes. Super flexible schedule, cannot recommend highly enough.
The instructors are helpful and always encouraging.
