We get it..life is crazy busy with commitments for work, family, kids and the list goes on and on.  Headlines are now appearing that not exercising is worse than smoking! You have tried to stick with a routine in the past, start off with good intentions and then slip back into your old ways.

I am hear to tell you it is not your fault. You just don’t know yet what I know.

The secret sauce to success is finding something to do that is fun, scheduling it like an appointment each week, and being around other people. Working out at home is usually not motivating enough.  Just like going out to dinner alone is not much fun, neither is working out.

Most of us have heard the expression you can’t pour from an empty cup.  You probably have many people in life who count on you for all different reasons.  The pressure is on to try to stay as healthy as possible for not only yourself but for them as well.


To start, we make the classes not only a great workout but also entertaining. Our instructors are the best. You know how a chef makes a fine restaurant? Our instructors MAKE our kickboxing program.

The instructors will keep you motivated for more. They will never give you something that you cannot handle. That is because they want you to always feel you can do this (and you can) and would rather see you making slow and steady progress than getting overwhelmed.

Our instructors will offer modifications if you need them and everyone is treated with respect. No in your face yelling or other demeaning tactics. We want you to feel great when you leave.

The classes are filled with people who are just like you. Some are just starting out and others have been with us for years. Our members are very supportive and friendly.  And the small class sizes make don’t make you feel lost in a crowd.

We also provide many convenient class times each week to make getting to class easier for the busiest of schedules. Classes are held 7 days per week and we have sessions that as early as 5:30 am and as late as 7:30 pm.

Be a part of our secret social media group online to receive support when you are not in the studio. We do fun challenges (that are optional), special themed workouts sprinkled in to the mix and make our members feel great from head to toe.

What Can I Expect In A Class?

Classes are an hour long, with the exception of our early morning classes which are back to back 30 minute express classes.

The first part of the class is a warmup. The majority of the class is bag work, which includes striking with punches and kicks. HIIT training is sprinkled in and there is a cool down at the end of the workout.

You can go at your own pace and modify if needed. The only time you are hitting something is when using the bags (never each other).  We teach you the correct way to punch and kick, but the focus is on getting a great workout, not preparing for a UFC fight.

Gloves are worn in class to protect your hands. And you can wear whatever workout clothing is comfortable for you.

Kickboxing 360 FAQ's

How many people are in a group class?

At peak times, there’s between 15-20. We do not have more than 20 people in a class.  But we make sure to have enough instructors to match the class size. That way you always get the attention you need.

Are there other beginners like me?

Yes! Our classes cater to people of all experience levels, and in every class there are people all over the spectrum.

Do I Need To Be In Shape to Start?

Most people who come to us have not worked out in a while or are trying to start a healthier lifestyle. Our program is designed for you to gradually build up your endurance and we do this by offering modifications and having you go at your own pace. You do not need to be in shape to start, but you need to start in order to get in shape.

Will your classes help me tone up?

Definitely. Our entire program was handcrafted to help you get lean & toned. Literally every thing you do here helps you achieve this goal.

What’s a good number of classes per week to attend?

We suggest 2-3 times per week. However, coming just once a week will still get you results, and coming more will get you results even quicker!
