Dennis Hill , Chief Instructor, has trained military personnel, police offices and detectives. He is a 5th degree black belt and Master Instructor in Combat Hapkido, a black belt in Judo, a 1st degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), and a black belt and certified instructor in Israeli Krav Maga.
Dennis also trains in Kali with Paul Kischkum. He earned his certification in Kettelbells from Pavel Tsatsouline and has trained in Wresting for 8 years with Master of Sport, Jospeh Vigdorchik, Russian Freestyle Wresting.
Dennis is a certified Metafit and MetaPWR coach and certified NRA instructor. In addition, Dennis is very interested in health and wellness and is a certified Precision Nutrition Coach, certified Dr. Sears Health Coach, certified Diabetes Prevention Program DPP Lifestyle Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. He is also a dotFIT Certified Fitness Professional.
Our North Branford Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and fitness facility offers over 6,000 square feet with an upper and lower training area with instruction for the whole family. We've been in business for over 20 years! From adult mixed martial arts with BJJ , Self Defense with Krav Maga, to Fitness programs with Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Kettlebells and MetaFit. We also offer a full youth program for ages 4 and older with separate classes from our adult students.
Our modern facility has a large comfortable waiting area with free coffee and tea and a large adjacent playroom for younger siblings.
I really enjoyed doing the Best Body Countdown Challenge! All of the meals were so good and very easy to prepare. I especially loved how the recipes were all laid out for us in a clear, concise manner with complete grocery lists, which made everything a snap from beginning to end.
Also, I loved how there was so much support from Sohailla via Zoom meetings, email, text, and Facebook. She really stayed connected. It was also good to connect with the other participants as well for inspiration and encouragement.
My family and I enjoyed the meals and we plan to continue with the Best Body Meal plan going forward as part of our daily lives.
I lost 8 lbs and an inch and a half off my hips and waist. I feel so inspired to keep going until I reach my goal weight.
